We very much look forward to welcoming you at Northwest University which resides in Xi’an. Xi'an is the capital of Shaanxi Province, China and it is one of the oldest cities in China. It has held the position under several of the most important dynasties in Chinese history, including Western Zhou, Qin, Western Han, Sui, and Tang. Xi'an is the starting point of the Silk Road and home to the Terracotta Army of Emperor Qin Shi Huang. The Symposium aims to explore the recent advances in the area of phytochemicals in medicine and food. We hope to bring together scientists of all ages to provide an excellent platform for exchanging ideas, discussing challenges, sharing success stories and setting up new research collaborations. Each winner will be awarded $ 250 in cash and a certification provided by International Association of Food Nutrition and Safety. Sponsor Journals Call for Abstracts Oral and poster presentations on the mentioned topics are welcome. All participants are invited to submit abstracts which will be published in a conference proceeding of eFood. All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committees and the decision on the way of contribution will be announced no later than 2 weeks after the abstract submission deadline. After acceptance, the abstracts will be published online with a DOI number. Registration is mandatory for acceptance.
